So, we eat alot of Rabbit.
This lead my Partner to come up with a new recipe.
We used half a Rabbit.
Slow to Medium Boil the whole rabbit, and remove the meat.
Pulse all ingredients in a Blender until blended
Meat from half a boiled Rabbit
1/4 Feta Sheep Milk Cheese
Form into nuggets and freeze on a parchment lined cookie Sheet.
1/2 Cup Panko Crumbs
1 Cup Corn Flakes
Parmesan Cheese ( Optional)
herbs ( Thyme, Sage, Rosemary, Oregano)
Pulse in a Blender until coarse Corn Meal
Assemble the Nuggets
Flour the nuggets
Egg the Nuggets
Drench in the bread Crumbs
Place on Parchment Cookie Sheet bake at 400 Degrees for 15 minutes, flipping half way through.
They Freeze good in Vacum Seal Bags.
